 Welcome to Credit Linq.
Since early 2007, Credit Linq has been providing mortgage and investment information to non residents interested in the growing property investment markets in Turkey. Land purchases, turn key or off plan properties, plus investment models and support procedures are all catered for and administered on behalf of our clients. Being locally based, we can provide information quickly and effectively to secure lending against desired land or properties, especially within the Bodrum peninsula and surrounding area.
Once you have received, completed and returned our Credit Linq application forms, we can then assess immediately your borrowing status and if accepted, forward to you the specific bank documents required to complete your application. Our initial fee will then be required and after bank approval, which will take approximately 7 to 10 days from the date of submission, we will have your mortgage agreement in principle and our final fee will then be due.
